Trial Akvo City
K'yarie the Hopebringer

She dispized being underwater Her movements were so slow and hampered by the water. She was a creature of land, built for power grace and speed. She was not a fish. Though her hair flowed beautifully suspended in the dark depths, the light from the world above sparkling on her silken coat, she was less than pleased. Only the presence of vast, endless shadows gave her comfort. For her speed was never restricted within their embrace. She could move flawlessly, fluidly between them, never once having to fight against the waves.

She was eventually forced to leave their protective haven as she ventured out into the dark city. She found the sensation of being able the breath underwater unpleasant. The liquid invaded her lungs with each breath and she felt like she was drowning. She set about her work, moving as quickly as she could as she tackled a stack of coral. With as powerful blows as one can muster in the water, she slowly destroyed the colorful structure. Just as he trail demanded. This was the only thing that brought her to the abandoned underwater city. She'd never dream of entering the sea for any other reason than to fulfill a trail.

She was exposed, weakened because of the water. Any shark or other sea predator would find her easy prey. As such she stuck to the shadows where she could make a hasty retreat if something did appear. Hidden by an old building that she found herself in. The only evidence of her presence was the smack of her hoof and the sound of crumbling coral. It did not take her long to reduce the poor thing to a pile of bits.

It was rather sad, destroying such a beautiful thing. But she wanted her powers, and so she did it. Heaving an almost regretful sigh she turned to leave. Eager to dive into the welcomed embrace of darkness. The quicker she got out of this place, the better.

Tell me a story
About how the sun loved the moon so much;
He died every night
to let her breath.
