He opened his eyes. Icy blue orbs meeting deep violet as he squinted at her. He muttered to her, his word tired and low. A trail. This was what had brought the stubborn horse so low. Had finally forced him to the ground? What had he been asked to do that had caused such severe burns upon one's body?
She could not ask, couldn't make any comment, fore another was pushing his way in. She recognized the lad from the abandoned city. The one who had been so fascinated with her then. He immediately gravitated towards Watcher, inspecting him. The buckskin seemed familiar with the boy as he weakly spoke his name before the grullo vanished once more. She looked after him, her ear flicking towards Valkyrie as she spoke. Aiming a verbal jab at the boy who had come to help. She said nothing, however as the boy returned with his find and set to work.
"You know of healing herbs" She said, surprised that one so young had such a firm grasp of such things. A panged of disappointment in her gut. Though it never reached her voice or outer being. She had been the one who wanted to save Watcher, to return the favor she owed. But it would seem the child beat her to the punch. No matter, so long as the rough stallion got back on his feet, what did it matter that she still owed him? He never asked for a return on this debt, never sought to take advantage of the fact he had helped her so many years ago. He was a strange creature.
She backed away from the fallen stallion to stand closer to her own companion. Her gaze watching the yearling as he set to work tending to the wounds. Her head titled as she looked down to Valkyrie. "I had meant to come here to find us shelter from the rain." She said, a small smile touching her lips. "But it seems we found more than I had intended." Her gaze slid back to the Vynter and Watcher. "We have nothing keeping us here. Would you like to seek shelter elsewhere?" She was becoming quite aware of Valkyrie's distain for anything male.
She would have to teach her how to better hide that distain or else she risk ostracizing herself from not only men, but women as well. Until then they could leave. If they stayed things could very well escalate as the light colored girl continued to lash out verbally. She said no more words as she waited to see what would happen. She would leave it up to Valkyrie to decide, she was the one most troubled by the presence of the males.

Tell me a story
About how the sun loved the moon so much;
He died every night
to let her breath.
