Tears still streamed freely down her face, her ocean eyes searching all over Requiem's body. Some twisted form of relief flooded her body as she stepped forward. Before her the filly looked so much like Ma as concern washed over her face and she extended her wings. Letha could hardly breathe--was this really happening? The athletic mare relaxed into the touch and comforting hold of her younger sister. She pressed her ram-adorned head gently into the younger girl's chest, letting her breathing come out in shaky, unhindered sobs. Every fiber of her being seemed to relax in the presence of her most beloved sister. She stayed in the embrace for several, long minutes. It seemed like an eternity. Eventually, Letha regained her composure. Her breathing returned to normal and she blinked away the last tears from her ocean eyes. The grullo lifted her head once more for water to meet blood -- blue eyes on crimson. "Wh--" She attempted, her tongue thick and heavy inside of her mouth. For having her hearing returned to her, the girl never really learned how to speak properly. She knew only a few, broken words. "Where?" She finally managed, looking around at their surroundings. Obviously, she meant, Where is our family? Where is Ma?
