what does it sound like

Darkness comes and goes in waves, and it seems to surround you briefly while it searches you. It comes without a warning, yet the darkness isn’t the malicious kind. Instead, it twinkles with bits of starlight that can be captivating if looked at for too long. But it never lasts long enough, instead it twinkles out and leaves you the same as you were before.
