The gilded mare hadn’t entirely left the Portal area. Kiada had gone, as well as Zubari and Katua. She hoped they brought Safiri and Mbwana with them, while she sought out her other missing pieces. She was missing two children, and her soul mate. It tore at her heart, tugged at her sanity as she poked through the dark treeline in search of familiarity in any sense. Tembovu, Kianzo, and Vulia had to have made it through. If they didn’t, she wasn’t sure if she could forgive herself, forgetting about the others while trying to prevent her own daughter from rushing to die at Kaos’ hand.
Suddenly, she heard muffled voices – familiar voices, and rushed to their origin. She broke the trees to see Kianzo slipping away from Tembovu. Her eyes immediately sought out Kianzo’s with a sad gleam. “She went out of the portal, following that path.” She mentioned, assuming that one of the first things the ashenheart child would want to do would be to find his other half. Then, her sapphire gaze looked to the tired, stressed lines along Tembovu’s face as she moved quietly up to him. “Safiri, Kiada, Zubari, Katua, and one of our new twins just came through.” She began, partially breathless from her intense search. “We had two, a boy and a girl. The boy is named Mbwana, the girl is named Vulia… and she’s different.” She paused, eyes seeking Tembovu’s with sadness, hoping they might find her.
Then, she paused, turning to look around the area once again, an exhausted Marembo splayed across her shoulder blades. Rexanna hadn't noticed it yet, but where sweat covered her body, the black firework markings moved against one another, snaking across her skin as she stood and aimed to catch her breath. She still carried all her items, including a new necklace laced around her neck, each gem a color of their children's eyes. The ones not yet colored remained a pale clear color. And another interesting piece to her attire, was a single gilded feather placed into her mane, the very same that was previously part of Calstron's mane. But none of it mattered to the Siren, she simply wanted to find their other child.
"Talk?"
