Renegade glided on the strong winds carrying him from the North. As he went farther South, he got warmer and warmer. His wings tucked close, he dived towards the edge of the woods surrounding the Portal. He would have to walk on foot from here. His dream told him to help the arrival in these woods. This had to be important, for the great spirits of the North sent him this message.
Though he did not know how, Renegade an Dragon were linked. plodding through the mist cautiously, his ears pricked in order to pick up every sound. The fog deepened and Renegade knew he was getting close.
He entered a small circle and found a heat so intense that he had to back up quite a few paces. When he looked for the source he only found her. How is this possible? No newcomer had magic once they passed through the Portal. The mare just stared at him with pure fear. He felt bad for her. Who was he to startle her when she had just come through? "Hello newcomer, my name is Renegade may I ask yours?
