A slam of color against your hide—then blackness.
The Rift is stronger now, steeped in power and grief and loss. Gone is the desperate hunger; instead a gluttonous appetite samples every creature that passes through its Portal. And so it’s long, black tongues dip and slurp into this newly appeared being. These forked, slender shadows linger on the halo, shining as bright as a beacon in the fluorescent darkness.

Magic:
Transformation: Ability to transform into a mist-cat. *
These slovenly, shadowed tongues like what they taste, and steal from you the remaining magics in your veins. That halo and those mists were just too scrumptious to pass up.
Items:
Vanity: Wooden Norwegian rowboat with metal framework that fits two horses. Moves at the will of owner.

Tongue licks pause, replaced with stares of a thousand, unseen eyes; they have noticed the Bear God blood you carry.
