We All Must Rise

This all seemed so familiar but absolutely nothing about it was. As the giant pressed through the shadowed vine he remembers his first entering in Helovia, the beauty and memories of a place that he once called home flash up in his golden orbs and it pains him to think it was all gone. Everything he had built, everything the Chromed had begun to understand about himself and who he was, gone--just gone. Friendships, lovers even fucking enemies, would he ever see them again? His own child was out there somewhere and it was his fault that he knows nothing of her whereabouts, it was too painful to think if she was even alive. He knew he had to be realistic that those he held very close to him he would likely never see again. Emotions of anger and sadness swirl around his gut and he mourns for them and mourns for him, Misael knew not who he was anymore. A rage brews nasty and hot, why! WHY! He ponders, the man had acquired such a successful dwelling for himself, he even believed that some of his fellows might have loved him, but it was all to ash now. Nothing mattered. He has no choice but to start over again and after the many islands he has created a life on and throughout the many phases of Misael, he finds himself here with little left, lost in a fog of whether it was even worth it anymore. Everything he has ever known has been taken from him since he was a colt, not even granted the lowly right of access to his own childhood, all his memories stolen, his lineage unknown, his mind rambles and rambles and only the sting of Lazarus' tail brought him back to this world. Misael cherishes the ebonite lion for always being there when Mis finds himself too far into his own thoughts, without his companion Mis might have already lost his damn shit. Focus. The word bounces around in his head as he hears his companion trying to rein in his striped friend, he must focus. He must rebuild. He has no other option. So with a redefined goal, the man picks up his step. His ears twist around with every crack and sound that rises, damn was this place weird as FUCK. His thick, ridiculously long locks pickup moss and vinery has he makes his way through the dense fog. Midnight blue nares knew naught what to think of the misty, smokey, air and he sure as hell didn't like the eyes that hid behind the wood. His steps were awfully loud in all this silence and quite frankly, Mis and Laz both wanted to get the fuck out of here. He wasn't entirely in the mood to be drenched in shadows and darkness, although this is quite the place he belongs. He is a man of manipulation and darker intentions after all. Rising his heavy horned head, the Chromed calls out with his deep chords, letting fate decide whether help or horror will answer. OCC: so rusty its been years hang with me here!
