A Light to Guide You [SWP]
Open Green Labyrinth
Roscorro the Dragon Heart
Currently championing: Caevoc

Roscorro
Lights danced upon the fog in the form of hopeful, glowing orbs. Roscorro watched as his own Piece of Hope, bestowed upon him by the god Kisamoa, drifted through the mist. His steps were measured as he entered the familiar walls of the labyrinth, the still fresh pink scars on his chest itching at the memory of the owner of this land. He had encountered the Metus once before, and retained the marks to remember it by. When they had clashed he had tried to share his light of hope with the creature. But it had fled from its touch. Now he was returning, hoping to share that light again, and in some way make up for provoking it.

He had fought to keep himself alive, but he had put himself in the situation due to his trial. Had he a choice he would have never come to this labyrinth and challenged the Magnus Metus. But he did have a choice now. When the Matron spoke of the three lands that still needed their help, he could have chosen another. Taivas and Kiada both chose different routes. He could have gone with one of them, opting to remain beside a friend. But instead he chose the maze. Feeling some strange sort of debt to the giant creature that lurked within mist and shadow.

As silently as he had come before, the Clydesdale moved deeper into the labyrinth. Following the path he had taken previously. The path that had lead him to the Metus. Unlike before, he was not alone. Angling his large head so he could take in the other two horses, he gave a smile. Still unable to utter a single word. But his cautious posture should be enough to warn them of the danger. He was clearly familiar with this place. Tossing his head to remove his forelock from his eyes, he continued on, enjoying the feeling of solid land beneath his feet.

Crappy start to this SWP! But there ya go! Roscorro is currently retracing his steps to where he first encountered the Magnus Metus. Seeking to find the creature that first rejected the light.
Roscorro, @Waker, and K'yarie opted to go to the Green Labyrinth after bringing light to the sirens in the thread » In The Deep. ANYONE is allowed to jump in and join these two!
