AURELIA
Aurelia had begun to spend more and more time here, curious about the spires erection and their downfall. How had the Riftians pre-plague built them? How exactly had the chaos make them fall? The mystery that surrounded the mostly crumbled area was what drew her in. Halyven was like a puzzle, desperate to be solved.

The mare had done a lot since her last visit here with Rixen. She had given birth, met a multitude of horses, conversed with matriarchs, debated how to heal the Rift, and so much more. She'd already grown in a variety of ways since the spires had last been awarded her presence. One thing that had never changed was her desire to rebuild this. But how how how? How do you rebuild something on a land that doesn't want to be rebuilt?

As she wandered through the maze of shards and remnants of what was once great, she considered the ways to rebuild it. Magic, groups of horses, help from the supernatural, gods? Every option was plausible and could be organized, but she wasn't sure if she was the only one who wanted to do this. She knew others shared her passion for the resurrection of the greatness, like Otem, but she wasn't sure what kind of revival of these lands they wanted. Were wanting to fix the visual aspects of the land just as important as fixing the darkness? Was she simply on a dead-end path?
