Encounter/Plot ideas:
- Kill someone
- Get their lost magic back (trial)
- Be a pain in the ass to any Helovian
- support Kaos in all he does
- try to rebuild their race, so work on having children
Magic ideas:
- Able to swim through the air on currents of magical energy (height limit?)
- Able to teleport between bodies of water
- Able to induce another with the sensation of drowning
- Able to hypnotize with her voice
- Ingesting a part of Ilunga's body will grant others temporary immortality
- Able to summon and command water elementals
Item ideas:
- Charm that leaks water (to prevent the drying out of the skin)
