Prowess: Basics

  • Prowess is the 'measurement' for a character's physical strength, and is earned by participating in fights.
  • Earning Prowess allows you to improve your character's attack, defense, and damage stats, as well as their Hit Points.
  • Participating in a Fast Fight rewards no Prowess.
  • Participating in a Spar:
    • Winning: 3 Prowess
    • Losing: 1 Prowess
  • Participating in a Challenge:
    • Winning: 5 Prowess
    • Losing: 2 Prowess

Stat Upgrades

  • Every so often, the Prowess you've earned grants you stat upgrades. Stat upgrades happen at the following milestones:
    • 1 Prowess
    • 5 Prowess
    • 10 Prowess
    • 15 Prowess
    • 20 Prowess
    • etc, with one stat upgrade every five Prowess earned
  • Each time you can upgrade your stats, you're presented with 9 different combinations to choose from, allowing you to tailor your build to become unique and fitting for your own character.
  • The stat upgrade choices:
    • Precision: +1 atk +1 dmg
    • Bulwark: +1 def +1 HP
    • Endurance: +1 atk +1 def
    • Focus: +1 def +1 dmg
    • Fortitude: +1 atk +1 HP
    • Survival: +1 HP +1 dmg
    • Ferocity: +2 atk
    • Protection: +2 def
    • Vitality: +2 HP
  • A pure +2 damage upgrade is intentionally left out.
