AEDION you died screaming, yet,
the monster that took your place was silent. you are a weapon, and weapons don't weep.

PERSONALITY you collect scars because you want proof
Once he was an empathetic beast, able to understand others and their feelings, their reasons as to why they’d done things the way they had. He was able to convey his own feelings in a way that couldn’t enrage the creature lurking beneath his skin, to have calm civil conversations and even debates with others. That was before he survived tragedy. Since then, he’s been a continuous ball of rage of an unrelenting fury. He comes off sour and indifferent, but deep down he catalogues everything from those that have wronged him. He’s able to restrain himself enough, but he’s a schemer, full of a purpose to avenge everything that he’s lost. Don’t be surprised if he buries a knife in your back. that you are paying, for whatever sins you've committed.

HISTORY there's still light in me.
He was born before the Helovian gods ripped the hearts of the Rift into their land. He was born at a time where he could witness the greed and thirst that had darkened the Rift’s own four gods, but he was not old enough to remember a time where the gods had once been kind. He had heard stories, though. His mother was a wonderful storyteller, a kind and strong creature that loved him with a ferocity that could rival the gods greed. She was the glue that held his family together through the dark times that continued to come each time the Rift gods grew hungrier. She had helped him cope with the curse he had been born with, to show him that it wasn’t so much as a curse as it could be a blessing. When Aedion was young, he found out that whenever he lost control of his temper and grew angry, he would shift into a wolf. He had also learned the hard way that when he was in wolf form he lost his ability to fly. Flight had always been a release for him, a way for him to cope with things. So it became important to the boy to learn how to handle his anger so he wouldn’t be restricted to the ground. His faithful father took it upon himself to hone the anger into something Aedion could control. He did well managing it for the next few years as he grew into adulthood. But then the Helovian gods came and everything in Aedion’s life changed forever. The Helovian gods were not cooperative with the Riftian gods, and as they ripped the hearts from his home, there was catastrophic destruction. Fights and storms ravaged the land, some of his friends had vanished with them, choosing to follow the gods to Helovia. But Aedion remained, fighting against the darkness of his home. He was on a mission to find his parents to see if he could gather their wisdom and thoughts as to what they did now – godless in a land that darkness reigned. It took quite some time, but Aedion couldn’t ignore the pile of bodies he stumbled across in his search; he recognized instantly the teals of his father and the crimsons of his mother, the telltale barred wings that mirrored his own, and the grave faces of despair and terror on their gaunt faces. He spent the next few days burying all of those bodies in unmarked graves in the North. The next few months were the hardest for Aedion as he remained in a state of permanent fury. From dusk until dawn he was trapped in his wolf form, and he only ever got out of it by the realization that it was the Helovian’s that had destroyed everything he loved. It dawned on him the following day after the realization, and he remembered the training his father had given him and the words of his mother. The wolf could be a blessing and not a curse, two forms could grant him incredible advantages. That was when the Helovian’s returned, and with them he began to prepare. The reveal of the North allowed his return, and with it, the Wolf of the North began his hunt. I'm tired of this anger, but this anger never tires.
